Our development team is constantly updating and improving the Botsplash platform. For the month of July 2024 you can find a few improvements added to the Botsplash experience below:
Manage and Meet with ease. A new Admin view is now available to managers. This gives users the ability to review and manage Bookme meetings set for agents individual Bookme pages.
Connect on time. Past due meetings will now displey within the message dashboard to ensure agents are able to manage their daily meetings with ease.
Track Botsplash usage. Reports such as team and agent Team activity will now display actions taken via the mobile app vs the webpage.
Manage Teams. Reports such as engagement, channels and agents will not have a team dropdown so managers can review isolated data with ease.
Connect compliantly. Accounts now have the option to send a "welcome" message to a visitor prior to a first SMS message is sent. This can solidify company branding and opt out verbiage.
Hello New Integration! Botsplash now supports integration with Contact Center Compliance allowing accounts to sync real time do not contact data across all communication channels.
Setup made easy. Canned messages can now be uploaded in bulk making it quicker to transfer these between sub accounts or upload new data.
