SMS welcome messages can now by configured on the team level vs globally. This gives admins the ability to specify the welcome message to each teams individual use case.
This allows for more personalized and relevant welcome messages, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each team. For example, the sales team might receive a message focused on onboarding, while the support team might receive a message emphasizing customer service best practices.
Within a team bookme meetings settings, admins can control the prioritization of agent assignment. This allows for the ability to have "primary agents" vs "overflow agents" within this distribution.
This improves efficiency and ensures that leads are routed to the most appropriate agents, leading to better customer experiences.
Team Bookme meetings will now take into account not only an agents work calendar, but also any personal work hours the agent has set up within Botsplash. This will ensure that meetings are only booked when an agent is truly available.
This prevents meetings from being scheduled during times when an agent is unavailable, ensuring that meetings are booked only when the agent is truly available to attend.
When the settings are enabled, users are able to create their Botsplash account simply by logging in for the first time. Botsplash admins will not recieve a notification when this happen to ensure they are able to track account creation effectively.
This allows administrators to more effectively track account creation activity and identify any potential issues or anomalies. Users can now simply create their accounts by logging in for the first time.

These milestones can be created by account admins or can be integrated with a company’s CRM.
The milestone feature gives the agent the ability to disposition a lead within Botsplash while simultaneously updating the CRM with the correct status. The synchronization of milestones between CRMs and Botsplash reduces the amount of screen switching an agent must do and ensures reporting metrics are more accurate and reliable.
