We are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to build and enhance Botsplash Analytics and Reporting capabilities. You will be assisting in understanding client use cases and working closely with the team to design and develop various Customer data metrics, System KPIs, Reports modules and AI/ML/NLP Insights. The position is ideal for someone who has experience in the data space and looking to further your journey into data solutions, analytics, machine learning/natural language processing and growing with the team.

• Analyze customer use cases and build customer metrics, KPIs, reports and data models
• Collaborate with product, client success and developers to develop effective strategies and solutions
• Provide business teams support with SQL based reporting and analytics requirements
• Anticipate, understand and grow the platform to scale with focus on performance
• Assist in implementing, monitoring and troubleshooting solutions in production
• Familiarity to work in agile/scrum team

• At least 2 years of professional data development experience
• Experience with building database reports, KPIs for business and client needs
• Working experience in SQL and RDBMS such as Postgresql, MySql or similar
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate technical content to general audiences
• Nice to have experience in Database modeling
• Nice to have or willingness to learn Python / ML / NLP modules
