Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative(BDR) to join our onsite team located at Charlotte. We work with several enterprise clients, and this role will focus on call outreach, prospecting, lead pre-qualification and assisting the sales team to generate demo calls. Are you someone that is is looping to explore experience in B2B software sales and enjoys building meaningful relationships? This might be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities

  • Research and build prospect lists of target audience
  • Reach out by phone, email, and schedule appointments for demo
  • Attend local events to build audience and relationship
  • Use the Botsplash platform tools to engage and re-engage prospects, both cold and warm
  • Participate to direct mail campaigns and assist with hosting in-person events
  • Collaborate with all sales, marketing, operations and product to improve the funnel and demo signups
  • Introduce new ideas and processes to acquire leads at the top of the sales funnel
  • Create, manage and maintain sales KPIs and metric results

Requirements

  • Ability to come into an early stage sales team, take charge, innovate and hit the ground running
  • Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to understand prospect pain points and be able to provide solutions that might help them
  • Passionate about our mission and goals to be the communications platform for easy B2C engagement
  • Collaborative and empathetic to team and clients, loves learning and exchanging ideas with the team
  • Entry-level role, internship in sales or support roles is a plus
