Our development team is constantly updating and improving the Botsplash platform. For the month of September 2024 you can find a few improvements added to the Botsplash experience below:
The Botsplash platform just got a little bigger! Introducing, ConnectMe - An outbound dialer built into the platform making it easier to connect with your leads and communicate all on one number for an enhanced user experience.
Compliance first. Botsplash now offers the option to send a "welcome text" to any visitor receiving an sms message from the platform for the first time. This allows organizations to secure branding and compliance verbiage at any touch point with the visitor.
Enhanced Visibility. Undeliverable notifications within the platform will now provide more information such as pad phone number, landline etc.
Tools at your fingertips. The unsubscribe feature has been moved to a more universal location making it easier for users to take advantage of when needed.
Meeting flexibility. In the event a meeting needs to be deleted. An agent can do so from the message dashboard which will remove the invite from the visitor and the agents calendars.
Upload efficiently. Hosted number assignments can now be done via a bulk upload vs completing individually. The hosted numbers will also display on the teams page for easy management.
