Our development team is constantly updating and improving the Botsplash platform. For the month of August 2024 you can find a few improvements added to the Botsplash experience below:
Lead Distribution capabilities for Team BookMe meetings have been improved to ensure that all available agents are able to accept these meetings fairly.
Manage efficiently. Admins now have additional abilities such as merging leads within Botsplash to ensure easy management of the account.
Connect compliantly. Call forwarding capabilities now have the ability to be restricted to only a work number vs. mobile number as well, allowing organizations to choose what should be enabled for users.
Reporting for all. Recent enhancements to compliance reporting have been prioritized such as opt out analysis via the lead source delivery report, area code reports and others to ensure admins can monitor metrics easily.
Organizational tools for every user. Upcoming and past due meetings can now be displayed color coded to make it easier to identify meetings that may need attention.
